Edesia Gourmet was founded by Dr. Momoko Uno, a doctor of integrative medicine, and Marilu Perez, a private chef. Together, we blend our expertise to bring you a unique culinary experience.

Our mission is to share our passion for food that is both delicious and nutritious. Just because you face swallowing challenges doesn’t mean you have to settle for less in your meals. Food is a source of joy, and for those with dysphagia, it can be difficult to find flavorful options that don’t resemble baby food or bland mush.

We’re here to change that with our delivery service offering gourmet pureed foods that delight the palate and are beautifully presented. Our rotating menu features lunches and dinners over a four-week cycle, conveniently delivered right to your door. We continually refresh our offerings based on the feedback from our valued customers.
